It is easy to stay out of jail while on vacation if you just simply follow the rules!! If for some reason you get arrested while in Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) Mexico, the Mexican Consulate will be able to help you to a point.They will visit you after your arrest, provide a list of attorneys and inform you of the judical procedures. They will also notify your family and friends and may relay requests for aid or monetary support.
