Please note that there is a 3 night minimum stay required on holidays and special events. During Holidays and Special events the person responsible for checking in must be at least 25 years of age (ID will be required and must match name on reservation). During all other times the person responsible for the unit must be at least 21 years of age. Please check below the number of maximum people allowed per unit. Occupants in the unit MUST NOT exceed the maximum number of people or they will not be allowed to check in. Also note that there is an additional charge for extra people (as long as they are within the limit allowed). Sorry no pets.
