International Tortilla Festival

1st Annual International Tortilla Festival , Puerto Penaso 2010

What is a Tortilla? Tortilla means "little cake" in Spanish, and refers to several different foods eaten in various spanish speaking countries and parts of the United States. In English and in Central America, "torilla" refers to a flatbread made from corn or wheat originally made by Mesoamerican peoples. Tortillas have been used for many centuries in Mexico.  If your have ever dined in Rocky Point, Puerto Penasco, Mexico, then you know how delicous and great tasting the "tortilla" is with your meal!  So come on out to Rocky Point and join the fun!!!
