Local Artists

*Artist Guillermo Munro is also a painter, photographer, and designer. Mr. Munro specializes in old prints from the largest collection of Puerto Penasco Mexico.

*Muralist Victor Aleman helps the children of Puerto Penasco reconize "spray paint muralist." Mr. Aleman teaches free classes for teenagers. He teaches them that spray paint can be a form of art and not graffi. Mr. Aleman paints on large walls and places where teens would usually hang out to. Mr. Aleman started his career in the streets of Mexico city in the early 1980's.

*Enrique Carrdero of Penasco, is a sculptor who work is featured in Spain's Museum of Culture in Madrid. Some of the grave art work has been created by him, or has inspired him. 

*Artist Susi Lerma along with her family have been visitors of Puerto Penasco for many years. Now owning a vacation home in the Cholla Bay Zone of Puerto Penasco, Lerma creates fine

art. Lerma's specializes in realistic colors which reflect the culture of Mexico's people. Her collections can be found in Mexico & in the U.S., and can be seen at "Colibn" Artes.
