Are quads and recreational vehicles allowed on the beach?

No. Riding any vehicle on the beach is no longer legal in Rocky Point.  There are lots of sand for quad riding behind the resorts. One of the most popular places to ride your quad is Competition Hill. Competition Hill is located in Cholla Bay.
